Business Banking Specialist - Charlottesville, VA

Serves as a member of the commercial and retail team to help in the growth of the bank within the market.  Expands existing client relationships and develops new relationships by determining the customers’ needs, offer solutions to meet those needs and problem solve on an on-going basis with an emphasis on commercial banking.  Performs multiple duties associated with the operation of a financial banking center which may include lending, retail and commercial business development and tasks to support both. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field or equivalent banking and sales experience, familiarity with local economy and business environment, and valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, in-person position in Charlottesville, VA.
